Panelists include:

Chris Korta is a certified eDiscovery specialist through ACEDS (Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists) and is responsible for the strategic operations of Harvest Discovery and the case management of its clients. Chris is a 30 year veteran of the custom software development industry and has served the past 7 years as the Executive Vice President at Kikoda: a Tallahassee-based firm specializing in custom software development, data analytics, and cloud programming/management.

Jonathan Hayes is a shareholder with Ausley McMullen, and it’s lead attorney in AI policy and compliance, who primarily focuses on litigation and compliance matters.  Jonathan’s litigation experience tends toward trust and estate matters, which often present significant data challenges.  Jonathan has been part of the SCG Legal Data Protection, Privacy, and Cybersecurity (DPPC) Practice Group since its inception in 2024, and handles data and privacy breach/compliance matters. Before law school, Jonathan started, ran, and sold several businesses which gives him a unique perspective on the legal challenges facing anyone making key business decisions.

Matt Dufek is the Managing Director of Harvest Discovery, and the President & CEO of Kikoda, a Tallahassee-based firm specializing in custom software development, data analytics, and cloud programming/management. Matt has over 25 years of experience spanning all disciplines of the IT industry and is an expert in the field of ESI forensic diagnostics and other eDiscovery concerns.
